She has an associate’s and bachelor’s degree in business from Northern State University. Codi served in various business and finance-related roles for the State of South Dakota for over 11 years, as well as served as the Deputy Finance Officer for the City of Pierre prior to starting her real estate career.

Codi splits her time between Harrisburg, South Dakota and Scottsdale, Arizona with her dog Mazie, a sweet little Shorkie. Her son, Chase, lives in Hartford, South Dakota and is an electrician in the Sioux Falls area. Codi enjoys a good cup of coffee, digging in the dirt and planting flowers in the spring, spa days, being outdoors hiking, going for walks, or soaking up the sunshine with a good book to name a few. She also loves to travel and some of her favorite places she’s visited are Hawaii and Mexico.
