Certified Residential Specialist
The Certified Residential Specialist designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers. On average, Certified Residential Specialist designees earn nearly three times more in income, transactions, and gross sales than non-designee Realtors.
Certified Real Estate Brokerage
The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager designation recognizes real estate professionals who have learned to further develop and streamline operating practices, market and position their business, implement new technologies and manage their bottom line to provide effective results to their clients in today’s marketplace.
Senior Real Estate Specialist
The Senior Real Estate Specialist designation recognizes real estate professionals who have learned essential skills to meet the special needs of maturing Americans by identifying the power of generational demographics, understanding the implications of tax laws, probate and estate planning, and offering clients relevant information on current trends in real estate transactions for the 50+ market.

Advanced Residential Home Buyers’ Agent Certificate
The Advanced Residential Buyers’ Agent certificate gives students the inside track to win over prospective buyers by teaching them the necessary strategies that make their sales quick and efficient. Students will learn how to work with today’s new buyer through counseling, salesmanship and negotiation.
Divorce Specialist Certification
The RRC’s Residential Real Estate Divorce Specialist Certification program helps agents learn family law basics so they are more effective when speaking with clients and guiding them through the process of listing their home or buying a home. It focuses on helping agents maintain neutrality by putting them through common contentious situations and role-paly exercises with a focus on helping them develop techniques to prevent potential disaster moments.
Inside Sales Agent
The Inside Sales Agent certification program teaches Realtors the art of cultivating leads and adding qualified customers to the office’s sales funnel. The certification provides opportunities to learn and practice the skills and techniques top agents use to turn leads to clients and existing customers into repeat business.
